...Batman was here, Happy New Year!
As I fly into 2017, I ask you kindly to pardon the pun. What a year 2016 was and as I reflect on the year that was I decided to also post one of my favourite Cake Smashers- Batman. So in keeping with the Batman spirit I quote directly from the man himself:
"It's not who I am underneath,
But what I do that defines me!"
BATMAN
How that quote resinates so closely with my journey as a Children's photographer is ridiculous.
I thought I would name a few things about 2016 that I am truly thankful for:
- I am thankful for a truly supportive husband, although to you do continue to do my head in daily without your belief in me, my business could never have been. what it is today.
-My babies Indiana and Millie, you are my biggest inspiration, I am truly proud of who you both are and hope that you are proud of your mummy. I know sometimes I am really busy so I thank you in advance for your patience. :)
-My loyal assistants what would I do without all your help and hard work.
-My new Photography friendships- We are a truly unique and creative group of people and I thank you for understanding me and always being such a support, you all know who you are!
-And last but most definitely not least, my absolutely fabulous, awesome and loyal clients.
For my new clients I honestly hope that you have been happy with your phoptographs and do hope to see you again for something new for your family in 2017.
For my retuning clients I could not be where I am today without you. Your likes, shares and word of mouth are why I am where I am today and for that I will be eternally greatful.
So here's to a happy and healthy 2017!
