Did you know the best time to book your Newborn Session is whilst you’re sill pregnant?
Nearly all the newborns that I photograph and that are on my Website and Social Media pages are between 7-14 days old. Booking your newborn session before baby arrives will ensure that I have availability around your due date and that you don’t forget to book in a session and miss out. Time goes so fast when baby is born and ince baby is over 3 weeks is not likely we will be able to do a typical newborn session for you.
How Does Booking a Newborn Shoot Work, what if Bubs comes early or late?
We all know babies make their appearance on their own time so dont worry if bub is early or late.
If you are interested in booking a photoshoot for when bubs is born you provide me with your due date so I can put it in my calender. Once baby is born you need to contact me with 48 hours so we can book in a time within the first 2-3 weeks or so of birth so you can get all the gorgeous sleepy photos.
Limited spaces are available each month for Newborn Photography. We recommend booking your session as soon possible because dates fill up fast!
If you do not book in prior to having your baby then it will be unlikely I will be able to do newborn photos for you so its best to book in early.
A non-refundable deposit of $50 is due at the time of booking in order to secure your session
I am a Newborn Photographer and Baby Photographer located in the Melbourne Area. I have been doing Newborns for over 12 Years. I specialise in creative and natural Baby Photos. I can be as creative or as simple as you like. Sessions are done in My Home Studio in Clyde.
I currently do not travel to homes.
Newborn Photography sessions are recommended to be done before 3 weeks of age while they are still in that sleepy and curly stage. After two-three weeks of age, they tend to be disturbed more easily while sleeping and it is not as easy to get the true newborn poses and look. They can also become colicky or baby acne can start to flare.
Please ensure you book your Newborn Session while you are Pregnant to Guarantee a session when Bubs is born
