🎂 What’s the Best Age for a Cake Smash?
The ideal age is around 10–11 months — when babies love the mess and aren’t quite walking yet. We can also photograph sessions anytime between 10 to 14 months.
🍰 Can the Cake Be Sugar-Free?
Unfortunately not — our supplier can't make sugar-free cakes, as icing and fondant require sugar. If you prefer a sugar-free option, you're welcome to bring your own cake.
🥜 Do You Cater for Allergies (Egg-Free, Dairy-Free, etc.)?
Yes! Allergy-friendly cakes can be made with a $10 upgrade. Just let us know your needs when booking.
📅 Can We Book a Weekend Session?
Cake Smashes are weekday only, during school hours. No weekend bookings available.
👨👩👧 Can Family Members Attend?
Yes, but sessions are limited to 2 adults to keep the focus on your little cake star.
🎈 Is the Cake and Decoration Included?
Absolutely! Cake and props are included.
🤔 What If My Baby Doesn’t Eat the Cake?
Totally normal! Bring a favourite snack (like MumMum crackers) just in case, and consider doing a cupcake trial at home before your session.
👚 Will Mum or Dad Get Messy?
Probably! Be prepared to get hands-on (and frosting-covered).
Wear something you don’t mind getting messy — it's all part of the fun!
🏞️ Can Siblings or Parents Be in the Photos?
Yes! Parents and siblings are welcome to join before or during the Cake Smash.
There is a small additional fee listed in the packages.

You'll get a sneak peek within 5-7 days, and your Proof Gallery will be ready in 2 weeks.
