Cake Smash Collages

Over the Christmas holidays it seemed that there were a lot of little people "Turning 1".

Cake smashes are super fun, the clean up not so much, but the actual fun we have getting all sticky and messy is well worth it when I can put together Cake smash collages like these.

I often wonder if this trend will faze out as there is most certanly a huge following of cake smash photography all over the world. What do you think? Can you see this being something done for years on end or being a photography faze?

I for one hope they dont go anywhere any time soon because I cannot imagine what could take place as a 1st Birthday Invite idea or as a portrait in the family room at home. (That's where my girls Cake smash photographs are).

I have had some families make special requests such as playing in a big bowl of pasta, how fun!
