There’s no need for you to organise, purchase or supply any of the decorations yourself.Your chosen setup includes the backdrop, props, decorations and styling, all carefully coordinated and ready for your little one’s Cake Smash Session.Simply choose the theme you love, and I’ll take care of the setup, styling and all the cute little details for you! 🎂✨Hundreds of Themes to Choose FromYou’ll have hundreds of existing Cake Smash themes and setups to choose from, with one of the largest Cake Smash theme collections in Australia. You can browse my collection across my website, Facebook and Instagram to find the perfect theme for your little one.Outfit and Accessory OptionsI also provide a gorgeous collection of Cake Smash outfits and accessories for your little one to use during the session, along with all of the cute props needed to complete the setup. Of course, you’re also welcome to bring your own outfit if you have something special in mind.

Yes! 🎂 Your Cake Smash Package includes a simple cake designed to complement your chosen Cake Smash theme and colour scheme.Simple Cake Included:The included cakes generally feature buttercream icing with minimal to no fondant details. There are a variety of simple cake designs available to choose from, which can be customised in colours to coordinate beautifully with your chosen setup.Custom Cake Options:More detailed or elaborate themed cakes are considered Custom Cakes. These may include additional fondant details, themed decorations or more intricate designs.If the cake you choose is considered a Custom Cake, I’ll always let you know beforehand. Depending on the design and additional details required, there may be a small upgrade fee of approximately $10–$30.You can then decide whether you’d like to go ahead with the Custom Cake upgrade or simply choose one of the cake options already included within your package.

There are a range of optional Add-Ons and Upgrades available to personalise your Cake Smash Session, include parents or siblings, or add something extra to your chosen setup.All Add-Ons are completely optional, so you can simply choose the extras that suit your session.Balloon Garlands - Additional $50:Add a Balloon Garland to complement your chosenCake Smash Theme, these are available upon request.Parent & Sibling Photos:Parent and/or Sibling Images can be added to your Cake Smash Session if you would like a few family photographs as well. These are a few quick, simple photographs taken on your chosen Cake Smash Setup before the messy fun begins. For parent photographs, you will be seated on the floor in front of the backdrop as part of the Cake Smash Setup.Please Note: this is not a separate Family or Sibling Portrait Session. Yes! All decorations, props and styling required to create one of my Pre-Existing Cake Smash Themes are included in Cake Smash PackageYour chosen theme includes the backdrop, props, decorations and styling needed to bring the setup together, so there’s no need for you to organise or supply anything yourself, unless there’s something special or personal you would like to include.You can choose from hundreds of Cake Smash Themes and setups featured across my website, Facebook and Instagram, with one of the largest Cake Smash theme collections in Australia.A Little Note About Older Setups:Please note that as my collection has grown and changed over the years, there may occasionally be an item pictured in an older setup that I no longer have, or a prop that was supplied by a client.If a significant or feature prop shown in your chosen setup is no longer available, I’ll always let you know beforehand and discuss the available alternatives with you.

If you have a Cake Smash Theme in mind that you can’t find within my existing collection, you’re more than welcome to get in touch. I’m always happy to explore new ideas and see what I can create!New or Custom Theme:Simply send through your ideas, inspiration images or examples of what you’re envisioning. I’ll research the theme, including available backdrops, props, decorations and styling elements, to determine whether I’m able to create the setup for you.If your theme is something I can accommodate, I’ll provide you with a quote outlining any additional costs involved. This may include a new backdrop or any additional props, decorations or styling pieces that need to be purchased specifically for your setup.You can then decide whether you’d like to go ahead with the Custom Theme or choose from one of my existing Cake Smash Themes instead.Any additional costs will always be discussed with you upfront before anything is ordered or purchased.Special Order Backdrops:You can also choose from my Special Order Backdrop Collection. These are brand-new themes and backdrop designs that I don’t currently have in the studio and are specially ordered for your Cake Smash Session.Special Order Backdrops have an additional $50 fee, which contributes towards the cost of the backdrop and international shipping.As these are ordered from overseas, approximately 3–4 weeks’ notice is required to allow enough time for your backdrop to be made, shipped and arrive before your session.

Approximately two weeks after your Cake Smash Session, you’ll receive your Proof Gallery, where you can view all of the images captured during your session and choose your favourites.Choosing Your Images:From your Proof Gallery, you’ll select the 10 Digital Images included in your package, along with the image for your Digital Cake Smash Collage.If you would like more than your included images, you can also choose to purchase additional Digital Images from your Proof Gallery.Final Editing & Delivery:Once you have finalised your selections, your chosen images will be professionally edited, which takes approximately one additional week.Once editing is complete, you’ll receive your Final Online Download Gallery, where you can download your finished High-Resolution Digital Images directly to your computer or laptop.
